Brazil, in 1960, the city of God. The Tender Trio rob motels and gas trucks. Children watch and learn well … too good. 1970: Li'l Ze has achieved very good and the city owns. He causes violence and fear as he wipes out rival gangs without mercy. Best friend Bene is the only one to keep him on the good side of sanity. Rocket has been watching this capacity for two years, and he wants to be a part of it. However, he still gets washed up in this madness. All he wanted to do was take photos. In 1980: What can be controlled between the two last remaining gangs … will never end?
