KGB agent, Major Valeri Petrofsky has been arranged at the request of the KGB Chairman for a secret mission in which he was sent to England to establish a residence near an American military base and get the items different from Soviet couriers. John Preston was arrested leading British spy, is in conflict with his superiors of his actions, he does not lick his boots. After a recent operation caused some embarrassment of his superiors, he was reassigned to menial jobs of airport and port monitoring.
