As Phil Walden wanders the deserted streets of his hometown, the memories of a fateful summer back to childhood. Summer, he grew up. Summer paradise has turned this once idyllic upside. The summer was a stranger to the city. This stranger does not beg for change, peddle ointments or soft talk, Eli Cottonmouth building models – models enchanting, and this sleepy southern town will be the perfect object. His charm bewitches the townsfolk. His intentions concern the city fathers. And his secret two boys passionately curious. When Eli operation to reconstruct the true nature of the community, the boys of his eyes and ears. Equipped with cameras of their shares, they capture the texture of small town life. However, shot-by-shot, Eli change the way they look at the town. Kids surprise move that disappointed the young man opened his eyes to the true nature of the surrounding world. It is the understanding, and purpose of Eli in the background, threatening the survival of entire towns.
